My reviews are for the sandwiches, the media noche, pan con bistec and croquetas preparadas are delicious and for the price an excellent deal. Their pastries are delicious as well.
It's nice that they expanded and have more seating as that was an issue for awhile. It's also simple to phone in your order. Makes the wait time be significantly reduced.
I do think their checkout system can use an improvement, I haven't sat there waiting too long to pay but it's sort of disorganized.

This is authentic Cuban food in the eyes of Sebring FL. What a disappointment! I had high standard for this place as soon as I walked in. They were playing los Van Van, they had a dominos table, Cuban flags, and well the works! I got excited! That is until the food came. I ordered black beans, rice, sweet plantains, and bistec de pollo for my kids. The beans tasted nothing like Cuban beans which is HUGE for Cubans, as the flavor is distinct. The chicken was way too thick and chewy. I had the pan con bistec and it wasn't good. They had mustard in it, pickles, and barely any patitas fritas. The only thing that tasted semi authentic was the Cuban sandwich.

Overall, this is not real Cuban food. (Coming from me -  a Cuban lol) If you want to get an authentic experience go elsewhere. But you can't expect much for an area that isn't predominantly hispanic.

This review is only for the guava pastries. They are sooooo dang good. The rest of the food/service is eh, but I'll still come back for the guava.
